For countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, unless other regulations are specified FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS FROM €200 (Except for goods exceeding 30 kg.).

For countries United States, Australia, Canada, unless other regulations are specified FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS FROM €300 (or equivalent to the national currency, except for goods exceeding 30 kg.).

The cost of delivery to Lithuania is indicated in a separate section “Shipping ” (in the menu in Latvian under submenu).

Shipments to Russia, Belarus, Hungary and Slovakia are not possible!

Unless other regulations are specified, the costs will be accurately displayed at checkout.

If (for items in stock) payment is made by 12:00 in that same day, the item is dispatched the same working day (or the next working day if the order is paid on a weekend/holiday).

Valuable tips for using parcels:

The shipment can be picked up at any time of the day and any day of the week, but please note (!) shipments are stored in the terminal for only 7 (seven) days;

When the package is sent out, you will receive a notification by e-mail that your package has been sent. Along with it, you will also receive a tracking link for the shipment. As soon as the shipment reaches your chosen package, you will receive a text message with a PIN code on your mobile. phone number, which must be entered in the package to pick up the package.

(!) If the air temperature is below 0, we recommend that the goods, which can be damaged by low temperature, be removed quickly or use courier services.

FYI:

! The shipment will be delivered directly to your hands, to the address you indicated during the working day;
! The courier will contact you before delivering the package.
! Must be present when the courier delivers the package.

NOTE: When choosing this delivery method, the courier can specify only one delivery address to deliver the package to. It is not possible to change the delivery address after calling the courier.
